Project Overview
REACH is a digital marketing platform that was undergoing its second redesign when I joined the project. While the platform already had an established structure and functionality, its visual experience needed further refinement. The interface felt flat and lacked a cohesive visual direction. Content was often centered, typography lacked consistent hierarchy, and different screens did not follow a clear visual language. The goal was to create a more engaging and cohesive interface while maintaining the platform's existing functionality and improving the overall navigation experience.
The Challenge
The existing interface presented several visual inconsistencies that affected the overall experience. Most content was centered, some typography appeared disproportionately large, and the interface lacked a defined graphic direction. As a result, the different screens felt disconnected and the platform did not have a strong visual identity. My role focused on improving the interface structure and visual system while redesigning existing screens and exploring future platform functionalities.

Information Architecture
I worked on the sitemap to analyze the platform's existing structure, screen hierarchy, and functionality. This helped organize the different sections and flows of REACH and identify how existing and future features could fit within the platform.
Visual System & Design System
I developed a visual direction for the redesigned interface, defining colors, typography, color usage, and visual indicators to establish greater consistency across the platform. The system provided a clearer visual hierarchy and a more cohesive foundation for the different screens and interactions.

UI Redesign
I redesigned existing REACH screens, focusing on improving hierarchy, spacing, alignment, navigation, and overall visual appeal. The redesign moved away from the previous flat and heavily centered layout toward a more structured interface with clearer relationships between content and actions.
Future Features
In addition to redesigning existing functionality, I designed screens for features planned for future implementation. The prepaid packages experience was designed to allow users to view their available message balance before launching a campaign. I also designed future SMS and email functionality, allowing the platform to support mass messaging through these channels.
Motion & Interaction
I also designed animations for the REACH login experience, logo, and loading states. These interactions were created to give the platform a more polished and dynamic first impression while reinforcing the new visual direction.

The redesign transformed REACH from a flat and visually inconsistent interface into a more structured and cohesive experience. A clearer typographic hierarchy, intentional alignment, consistent color system, and stronger visual language gave the platform a more distinctive identity while preserving its existing functionality.
